NZ’s Most Versatile Mobile Blasting Solution

Also known as dustless blasting or wet abrasive blasting, mobile vapour blasting combines water with specialised abrasive media to remove rust, coatings, contaminants, grease, paint, and corrosion safely. By moistening the abrasive before impact, airborne dust is reduced by up to 94%, protecting surrounding assets, operators, and the environment.

Unlike traditional dry blasting methods, vapour blasting operates at controlled pressures and produces no heat, eliminating the risk of warping, surface distortion, or embedded media. This allows us to work confidently on everything from thin alloys and automotive panels to heavy industrial steel and concrete.
